I'm saying that -PDT is good for WAR, and it would not take much to convince me that Upheaval was designed to encourage WARs to use a -PDT Greataxe (or at least allow them to see less of a hit to their damage for doing so). The same could be said for DNC and THF getting an AGI weapon skill: to encourage them to use their evasion weapons.

Or maybe not. It could just be yet another inexplicable random decision by SE. But thinking that way is boring!

Joined an exp PT last night keying in Attohwa. Leader mentioned to call out when RDM feet showed up. About an hour in they show up and I transfer to pool, this is what follows.

-Alliance leader is Idki
-Bass is some random JP BST that didn't understand wtf was going on the whole time

He ended up breaking the alliance and warped out because he wasn't going to get RDM feet, and spent the next hour sending hate tells to PT members. What really gets me is why he didn't just take 10 minutes out of his life and go farm them himself if they're that important

I wouldnt mind giving collateral to people who I'm not exactly friends with, I'd actually expect to. Obviously you cant trust people with randoms with something like that. But to go "I want 150% return back"? lol...

Even back in the 2006-08 drama days, we'd lend currency to rival LS's...we'd ask for collateral just in case, but we never asked for anything extra in return.

I've actually seen it at least 2 times recently (within the past couple weeks) where people were offering 2~5M rewards for final relic loans, but that's the first time I've ever seen it so maybe it is more common now. I'm almost positive Lok saw them as well and was trying to get a little closer to his own relic given the opportunity. Although, I'd personally be hesitant to loan someone offering a reward for loaned currency unless they gave collateral or I knew them just because it seems a bit awkward to me that if the person has gil, why wouldn't he/she/they be spending it on currency to lower the amount they needed loaned in the first place? Anyway, I dunno if you still need it, but I've got 3 M Silver on my mule I think and I'll talk to Lok and see if he'll loan you the rest free if you'd like as well, which I'm pretty sure he will.
