Also, in a VW group (With JPs, surprisingly) and they picked up a NA monk that has no emp, denali bonnet and twilight belt equipped. This was in Jeuno, but I'll check them in the fight soon.

Its Lunitik for all you ifrit folks~
Edit: Backstory: Lunitik is this kid who harassed/bothered me for the longest time when iwas in TTK like 4 years ago. Would constantly talk shit despite being gimp, and would say shit like above all the time to me to piss me off/upset me(because I'm jewish i guess it was funny to insult 6,000,000 deaths?). He comes back a couple of months ago, and begs me for help with lvling/getting gear/gil/says hes sorry/etc. I basically tellh im I don't care and ignore him. This came out of the blue tonight when i checked him lol.
Its always funny how much crap you can avoid by just blacklisting and/or ignoring people.
GM his ass for racism. fucking hate that shit.
Wow you're so cool.
JP (OKOK MOST JP SOME ARE COOL) really need to get their heads out of their asses at this point. Dont want to invite NA cause of "communication differences"...are you serious bro? Is "{Marksmanship} 3" really that difficult?
I joined a JP pick up group a few nights ago on my (non-Empyrean) WAR. Most of them didn't use autotranslate for the weaknesses at the start, but once they realized that I wasn't pants-on-head stupid a few of them did to communicate procs to me. And hey, I was able to land those procs. Go go not being incompetent! Of course, the next night a different JP group wouldn't take me because of "communication differences", so there goes our lesson in tolerance and understanding.
I think I have a decent rep going with JP now because I've gotten picked up so many times by simply stating I can read hiragana. Which, I can, but still -- I get picked up now just asking if they have room. I've had no problems with them in the form of them translating Marksmanship or Corsair ability. (But to edit: As Septimus said, when they realized I knew HOW to proc, their "communication differences" seemed to weaken and they translated more.)
It really helps to not be a fucking retard.
Like, those NA i went with, the mnk and a sam I think?, made me feel like I was gonna be viewed badly. They took long to get there, one only had 3 stones(stayed the fourth each time, but just that simple fact), gear was terrible, didn't take all gear out of chest (had a gorget on him, didn't toss and get new one) etc.
I get there asap, roll up, take shit out of the chest, and try my hardest to not look like a tard. I really think JP are more efficient at VW and don't want them to use their impeccable memory of bad people against me.
It's somewhere in one of these threads, but I stole Rani from a whole gaggle of JP's at 1% (failbrew, then charmga. epona's dropped.)
I don't seem to have any negative's on my "reputation", it is small anyhow - perhaps im blacklisted by a few people but I rarely join JP shouts to begin with. Lack of communication really hurts sometimes.
that being said, I recall being told "YOU WILL NEVER PARTY WITH JP" from some american when I bailed on his valkurm party (this was maybe in 2005), as though the Japanese were the final and most powerful form of partying.
probably the most hilarious time i ever had.
what were we talking about now?
Thats how this one JP person was on the server I was on. He did Pil almost every day and I asked him almost every day for 2 weeks if I could go. He was ALWAYS looking for a WF COR. I explain to him several times I knew when to use QD and even had him check me in my QD gear to see it wasn't bad. I had other JP friends tell him that I knew wtf I was doing and he STILL refused to take me. I had a good rep with the JP groups that did seacom runs on VW.
Was really fucking stupid, lol.
Someone casted addle at the start of the fight, etc.

sigh.
you should have pointed out "I dont have"...cause a 6k scroll is too expensive
For some reason that party convo made me laugh waaaaay harder than it should have.
Paying attention is hard, apparently.
