I'm curious how/why they would care about a timed spawn NM unless you made dickcheese about it in say/tell or something.

GM's have never considered the spawn conditions of a mob. They only consider whether the action associated with it could be considered grief tactics.

I've stole plenty of white NMs in Abyssea, whether they were trying to death transfer or wiped, zone, accidental, whatever. If it was a KI mob and I had no chance to get the KI I call for help on it. I do plenty of shit to get GM'd for and that has been the least of my worries.

I was sloppy drunk and ran through walls in front of some random gimp the other day, then got the entire pickup alliance drawn in on that mithra in the necropolis in the past and he GMed me out of rage. nada happened, sorry to hear you're actually getting punished for something so minor

Was some nin who was taking forever to kill some adds on him, so I claimed the heqet and started procing it to speed up his shit. He mouthed off to me, so I just CFHed it and killed it. Barely any /say was involved, and nothing that counted directly as grief tactics really. Was stupid of me in the first place, but whatever shit happens.
