I just saw this movie yesterday.

The first 20 or so minutes had me worried. It was really slow and dull. But after that, it picked up and got very entertaining.

The acting is superb. It's probably the best part of this movie. Julia Roberts is extremely good. So are Lily Collins (except her eyebrows really distracted me for a bit), Nathan Lane, the fellow playing the Prince, and the seven dwarves. Pretty much the entire cast. The surprise reveal at the end was spot on.

There are some funny bits and a really cool action scene with the drawves and the queen (the bit at the drawves house). The movie, otherwise, doesn't have any action in it really.

The whole thing looks and feels like a stage play with a huge budget. That doesn't mean it's bad, it's just different.

It's really a kids movie but enjoyable. I think that the Kirsten Stewart version is going to be more popular because it has more action and is "serious" and has Chris Hemsworth.

This movie was okay. It wasn't super special awesome, but it wasn't bad. Entertaining, but predictable. Some creative stuff here and there, some dumb jokes, I still don't like Julia Roberts but she acted well.
