I really want to get back into KH games...but fml theres so many now idk if I want to even bother now. Need some cliff notes on this shit from the end of KH1, since KH2 was just all over the fucking place (probably cause I didn't play the GBA game).

I stopped caring about the story not too long into KH2 when it got so ridiculously convoluted. I just want to play a KH game with next gen graphics, gameplay, and audio.

The producers of the Berserk Ōgon Jidai-Hen I: Haō no Tamago film and CAPCOM's Dragon's Dogma action-adventure game announced at the Tokyo Game Show on Thursday that they are collaborating together. The weapons and armor from the film will appear in the game; more details will be announced later.

Not coincidentally, many of the Dragon's Dogma developers are huge fans of Kentarou Miura's original Berserk fantasy manga, including the producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi (Biohazard/Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Sengoku Basara franchises) and director Hideaki Itsuno (Devil May Cry). The aim of Dragon's Dogma is to create an open high-fantasy world where players can have realistic adventures.

The Berserk Ōgon Jidai-Hen I: Haō no Tamago film will open in Japan next January, while the Dragon's Dogma game is slated to ship for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles early next year. The film's website is streaming a teaser trailer, while the game's website began streaming its third trailer (below) on Thursday.

Seriously...the story was so convoluted, but I always assumed it was cause I missed out on CoM; guess I was wrong.

Story is actually pretty solid if you play KH > CoM > KH2 > BBS or even BBS first.

Still hate that there hasn't been a new Berserk game since the PS2/Dreamcast ones.

Sony Boss: No Current Plans For New PlayStation Monster Hunter

A few days prior to the start of the Tokyo Game Show, Capcom announced Monster Hunter 4 as a 3DS title. A big coup for Nintendo, or is this going to be another example of Capcom's multiplatform strategy?

Based off comments from Sony Computer Entertainment Japan president Hiroshi Kawano, it looks like Monster Hunter 4 really is a 3DS exclusive. During an interview following Sony's pre Tokyo Game Show press conference, Reuters Japan asked Kawano if a new Monster Hunter will be released for Sony systems. "At present, there is no talk of a new Monster Hunter coming to PlayStation," replied Kawano.

The Monster Hunter series saw its greatest success on PlayStation Portable, with each installment selling upwards of four million copies. Earlier this year, Sony used Monster Hunter Portable 3G to show off PlayStation Vita's backwards compatibility with PSP titles.
