Kikoku! Tobi +3 and Enchu +3 are pretty even outside Abyssea, with STR Sekka +3 coming in close behind. Tobi will pull ahead inside Abyssea and also in Voidwatch.

What is best outside abyssea offhand katana now if mainhand is Kikoku(95)? Ban? STR Sekka, or still kamome?

Also would Iga+2 or Byakko with +5AGI STP+2 for melee?

It can happen in the same house on 2 different machines. I was trying to do a dynamis-bastok to farm some af2 like 6th day after they changed dynamis, and 1 machine would get DL data in the zone. I had to log in with another machine to zone it back out. If I rebooted the router/modem, out of the 6 machines I had it would randomly pick 1 of those machines to dead zone zones line NSandy and BMines.

Just wondering what augments on byakko would be worth using over iga+2? and can you name a few situations where sekka would be better?

Would Primal Rend be a decent brew WS to use against Azdaja if Wildfire is unavailable with an atma setup like Beyond/Ultimate/Sellsword (Baying Moon for #3)?

Need a combination of Store TP and critdmg, the higher each value is they more often they'll be useful.

I'd use Sekka in pretty much any non-Voidwatch situation outside Abyssea right now unless I was overcapping attack. Oirandori does have situational applications as well if you have multiple DDs engaged for an extended period of time.

While it's some bullshit thing on SE's end I suspect related to their automated flagging things, ultimately you need to find a way to force your router to pick a new IP since a simple reboot might just give it the same one. I think I accomplished it for mine by telling mine to use my primary PC's MAC address, thus my ISP probably thought it a new system at this location. Either way, I had about a 2 weeks where I couldn't enter Port Bastok without having to hop between PCs.

Sippoy/Yaanei etc is actually "repops at <time of day>" - not sure how long they need to be dead first, but the conditions listed on wiki for those are actually true.

If not capping haste, but acc/att capped, the 5%DW bonus can outdo the 5% crit rate and DW enhancement from iga set bonus.
