For COR rolls, I'm really liking Miser's/Tacticians. If zerging then I like Chaos/Misers, can be played with if you have more than one BRD.

I guess Misers/Tacticians is a win for everyone; yourself, melee PTs and RNG PTs. Sounds like a pretty good default set, and can always swap Miser's out for Rogue's/Chaos/Fighter's/Courser's as requested.


Are there updated lists for Altana Viewer? The Killing Ifrit topic only has the update from the one before last. Can't find september update lists anywhere.

Also, Best/Second Best feet for Thf Dancing Edge and Evisceration outside Abyssea? Think I was told Lithe Boots for evis inside. No idea for either DE or Evis set outside. Unstacked WS that is.

Yes. The only thing restricting subjobs gives you atm is a small chance of a new stagger which gives you a 100 currency.

Is the 100currency 100% drop rate if you white!! stagger?

Does Conserve MP gear have to be worn before starting to cast the spell, or does it activate when the spell fires off?
On a similar note, anyone knows how it works for Blood Boon/Ninja Tool Expertise/Recycle? Precast or when the ability/spell fires off?

I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to ask, but for triggering yellow, your ninjutsu skill will not matter for the elemental Ni spells. Simply casting the appropriate one at the proper time is sufficient. However, for Kurayami, since it's an enfeeble, it must take effect in order to count for a yellow trigger and that is improbable with low skill.

We appear to have sorted out all the new GoV drops and Voidwatch drops.

The remaining places it could be from:
* Taurassic Park HKCNM (did they ever fix this?)
* Dynamis - Tavnazia (maybe?)
* Walk of Echoes, Chamber 8 or 10.

You should be able to, but Addle also reduces MAcc (which would affect you if the cape's "addle" gives that).

Totally guessing here but I think it would make more sense for the -macc to be equal to the -Fast Cast%. So 6% addle would be -6% Fast Cast and -6 macc. Obviously Pchan needs to go cast Stone 40000 times for us.

They cap together, honestly don't know if it's additive or multiplicate though.

edit: nvm, I think anhur robe would provide a better test though I do have Marduk's. In abyssea I can hit 45ishFC and 47% cast reduction which should be noticeably different.

Good place to do Slime trials for Magian sticks? Preferrably places with lots of slimes, and very little adds since I can muster a sucker for myself instead of being restricted to single nuking slow killing.

Also, does anyone have a link to that Magian Stave guide that was posted months ago? The one that basically gave ideas for all the trials for the dmg versions? Searching for "Magian" "Staff" and "guide" on these forums... offers no real help. Any chance someone have it bookmarked?
