Chances are if you're holding onto it for that "one stupid WS later on", you probably wont use it enough to justify holding it. Is upping your WS damage by 20 for one hour every month worth inv-1?

Internet has been down awhile, so sorry for the super late response. But basically all jobs, no relic WS, I have room on my mule for some stuff once I use some of the seals, but would be my luck to get Ukko's and not have a damn snow gorget/belt.

Only advice I know of (and this is personal experience), is that when you get 2 similar clues back to back, they are for both separate numbers.

Example: Clue #1 The first digit is even.
Clue #2 One of the digits is 6.

The above example /most likely/ means that the second digit is 6 and not the first. At least based on my experience with the fuckers. Other than that there really isn't a trick to them.

For me it's about evenish on it being different or the same.

Can 4 95 BST (only 1 will actually have any "good" gear), no pdt axes on any of them, NN, capped BST merits for timers, affinity etc, 1 95THF for TH mainly, and 1 75WHM kill Kirin, 2 people controlling all 6? Thanks.

Does anyone else have a problem with their game constantly just freezing/skipping for like half a second every few seconds? I never had this problem until the servers came back up from the earthquake stuff. Really beginning to aggravate me and no idea how to fix it.

Is your gamepad enabled without your gamepad being plugged in? Next on the list is checking your device manager in windows for any unknown HID devices and disabling them one by one (in case you disable the keyboard you can re-enable with the mouse and mouse with keyboard). Those are always the two most likely culprits whenever that skip plagues me on one of my desktops/laptops.

They can hold zilart adds, and HI does respectable dmg with 300tp wing and stalwarts.

Is there a definitive BRD guide? Is there a definitive RDM guide? I'm specifically looking for gear choices/preferences, stat and bonus to gear hierarchies of usefulness, etc etc.

My experience with the new VW stuff is limited to the lower tiers, but I remember Blade Hi doing up to 1,600 DMG just with Innin. Stand around for 90% of the fight, occasionally casting ninjutsu for procs -> Blade Hi twice after lights are capped -> get Goldsmithing materials.
The adds will pretty much never hit you as NIN if you swap to an evasion set.

Best/fastest way to build up Resistance/Bastion credits in Abyssea Misareaux? I need 2000 for BRD and BST AF3 legs. Already have the +2 items for the BST legs and both jobs are at 95.

AOE ws/spells/cures. Even crappy ones can build up quick. Especially effective if you got meds to help you survive and kill stuff. Or I guess just let your pet die lol. But yeah did alot on my whm mule doing that worked out pretty well

For spell casting how are the different terms for Fast Cast, Cure Spellcasting Time -%, Light Arts, affinity, etc., all applied? Do any of them get added together before multiplying them?

Whats the drop rate on cuffs from mictlantecuhtli? I went 1/1 today for my mule, now need them for my Main. Easy fight, its just boring and I want to know if I should go MNK during Blue or stay on Nin.

Shin seems to take half damage from Cata (or when you heal him it heals for 2x?). In any case AE does far better damage in my experience with it.

Did you pay attention to the stage of Shin's wings when you used Cata?

Spread wings = Full Dmg, absorbs dmg during spells/attack/TP
Closed wings = 1/2 Dmg, takes dmg during spells/attack/TP

At least as far as I remember anyways.


Anyways, for SMN, best method of skilling up? Gear/Food/Recommendations? I'm 83 lvls under from cap for 95, figured I'd at least get it a little closer. Best option seems to be using Blood Pacts on very high-lvl NMs.

Thanks! Also, re. the GoV question, I think you probably don't need to leech, all GoV requires is 3-4 folks and the xp is decent. I've done SCH and NIN in the 30's and 40's recently and have found that just looking to see who is in what zone and then sending a /tell is pretty productive. Most folks don't mind sharing and in fact are happy to invite if the levels can be adjusted slightly with sync.

Well I just didn't want to bother gearing/skilling up a job. Especially since I'm also working on it's end gear like buying stuff for relic now lol. And I'd been leeching my mules via it pretty well. It's just neither of them are really equipped to return the favor lol.
