Best Limbus zone for solo farming Ancient Beastcoins on BST? Should I expect to be able to clear any of these zones? Haven't done Limbus since 75 cap.

whats the reason for bst to cap merits on Beast Affinity since you are 95 for example and yuly caps at 95 it means it will 0-2 so yuly will be 93-95 and only would work on pets like nursey

or i am doing it wrong?

What you've said is true, but most people capped it at 75 and have never bothered changing it. Compared to the other tier 2 options, it isn't much of a sacrifice.

Camping Yagudo Highpriests for Pixies and wiki and BG say one spawns behind the telepoint in Meriph mountains. I've been here for about an hour and it hasn't spawned. I know I'm in the right area because it's spawn shows up on APradar and Mappy under 'hidden spawns' so I'm in the area it was last killed I-8 behind the telepoint. Does it only spawn here when Beastmen control the area maybe?

i was from sandy and started windy missions just talking to the npc in windy, didnt need to get the invitation. should just go talk with the elvaan in S sandy [s] near where u get OPs (prolly Randecque as u mentioned but not sure)

To get Atma of Roaring Laughter you have to do all the Dom. ops and quests at Zazarq's camp right? I just got it from the fabricant and I know I haven't finished the moogles quest yet, and didn't even have enough fame to start Zazarq's quest... so was I just super lucky or has wiki been wrong this whole time?

I'm next on relic on my static and I myself have a few question, would be nice if anyone can answer them.

1) Is excalibur 95 any good atm compared to almace ?

I have an ochain but not aegis, I'll eventually do aegis someday, but I just don't want to do it first unless excal is just useless, I only use paladin for VW t3 and trio the new HKCNM.

Is the ws still THAT bad even with the ws boost ? what kind of number should I expect on thing that matter ?

also does the add effect proc 5 or 10% of the time ? Is there any difference on that at 95 ?

2) Is yoichinuyumi any good for samurai now ? I remember it being awesome at 75, but game changed so much now there ain't such thing as bird merit camp or a new hard einherjar event so I have no idea how usefull it would be.

Also how good/bad is it compared to gun now for rng ?

Excal looks like it might be nice now with the ws dmg boost and ODD boost but who knows. Don't know if they made the additional dmg any better.

Where do you guys go for crafting information (list of recipes and their levels)? FFXIclopedia, bgwiki, and GE all have pretty much the same lists but they seem incomplete. In particular, I could have sworn there was a good level 97 craft for cooking.

Are those lists incomplete, or am I incorrect about a good skillup at 97 cooking?

Edit: It's Dawn Mulsum which all three do not have on their lists.

BGwiki, GE, and FFXIclopedia all pulled their initial list from the same database (somepage, iirc?), which is why they all have the same failings.

Yeah which is why +avatar attack doesn't do a whole lot. Also from what I remember reading there pdif is all kinds of weird. Like super higher cap than melees though alot harder to reach

If memory serves, all pets use the same pDIF equations as monsters. Monster pDIF caps substantially higher than 1/2h pDIF, 4.0 crits I think.
