Not a drk but looking at your TP sets, they look similar but one has 4% more haste 2% more DA and 2% more TA (Mars+AF3 legs vs blitz/calmecac)... in exchange for a bunch of attack and str (and some acc). thought that one would have been obvious?

Ones for haste capped situations with lr up and marches/haste so took out some haste for AT&T and atk. Im still 3% over haste so im not sure what else to take out.

Fucking autocorrect, lol. But yeah it's kinda difficult, have to keep in store tp, and most of the haste pieces have store TP on it (waist, feet)

If you are capped ACC then TP set 1 should beat 2. You should also make a high ACC TP set, since Cala's biggest weakness is capping ACC on harder mobs.

Apathy torque should out do Gorget, Torcleaver has a very high ftp.

Outside Abyssea it's about a 10% change rate, in my experience.

For drain/aspir:
Magian macc staff or magian m.dmg staff?

Other people saying damage, I'd tend to say damage also as it could also be utilized for Comet coming in the next update, but don't forget that the damage staff has -12% casting time which is relatively useless for drain/aspir while the accuracy staff has -12% recast time which is definitely useful for drain/aspir (and a bunch of other dark element spells-klimaform, sleep/2, etc.).

17.9+1.3 (second hit) = 19.2 TP

If you want a 20 TP return from your WS (including the second hit), you need 37 STP (6 more than what you have, so Carbonara).

I thought somewhere they said they were adding trials for AF2+1 to make them +2? I could be totally wrong. I knew about the changes to CoP dyna and the drop system but I also thought somewhere I read/heard about them making +2 version of either AF1 or AF2Dyna gear.

They are, last I heard they're still deciding on whether to make it through synergy or a trial.

How does it have trouble capping acc on higher mobs? Lack of haste pieces with acc? Also, the second set is for max haste. You only need 19% haste in gear w/ LR, 2x march and haste spell. I'm not sure what to put in those slots, though.

You over TP 90% of the time on WAR as it is, but to answer your question no not really. You sacrifice a lot making a true 5 hit
