Guys i need your help! i have been out of the game for sometime now, but yesterday i saw a ninja pulling the mandys in attowa and using AE WS; my question is what can of atmas do you need to hold those manddys on your own on ninja?

I did try zenith, stronghold, mount but hp was droping fairly quickly.

On topic: What do I work on first for BLU, DA Kanda, STR Shamsir, something else? I'm working on Morrigan's atm, I have almost no AF1/AF2, have AF3+2 and associated gear that would be good for the job from other jobs but meh, trying to find something new to do to continue to make it better.

Wanted to ask about camping Jailer of Temperance, I read that the PH changes every 15 minutes and given the time it would take to get to all 5 towers to kill the Eo'Zdei is it better to camp just 1 location?
Any tips from folks that have more knowledge of this NM would be wonderful.

Yes, Buff + Gear stacks up to the Flee speed cap. Buff + Buff does not stack, and Gear + Gear does not stack.

Would go with Str Shamshir (guessing you already did Almace for Pld), Dex Shamshir if you really want to be prepared for evasive mobs but otherwise you won't use it much.

STR shamshir is alot friendlier imo (aside from lack of reliable weather/flans), PDT and DEX together have several bad trials for whisker burning. For Sabotenders your best bet is weather in Altepa and hope it stays up for a long time, and for Raffleisa I borrowed my friend's Brd which made it go past a faster due to no weather in Fort (been about 2 1/2 weeks working on-off and on Aquans atm). You can solo pull any family in STR trial pretty easily (I did tigers for beasts which turned out to be a bad choice since they're abit too far spread out, Manticore almost suffer from the same problem but duoable), final trial I did bat trios in mis coast which went down easy.

I didn't do it this way, but I think Kuftal may be better than Quicksands due to more spawns. Earth Weather usually only lasts long enough for one set of spawns in Quicksands (luckily it was 3 days in a row the 2nd time I went out there) but the rest are easy, especially Mt. Z. Basically leveled BLU because I had the gear and an Almace :/

Does movement speed from leg equipment (i.e Crimson Cuisses) stack with quickening (i.e Swift Shoes)?

Quickening buff stacks with gear +speed and with mazurka. Cor roll, chocobo jig, AN shoes, kupower and flee are all in the quickening category.

Best way to skill shield on pld?

When I did it I went to abyssea attohwa(Any zone with mandragoras will work, altepa has the strongest mandragoras, so better skill ups. But they're a bit harder.) and gathered all the mandragoras. Try to position them so they all hit your shield. Get regen atmas and make sure to keep phalanx up. If you're having trouble recasting phalanx, you can use sentinel or rampart(If you have iron will.) to get it up. You can also use reprisal for more shield blocks, it will take forever for it to kill anything. It will skill up very fast this way.
