SO i want to hugely thanks you guys for the suggestions, been awesome dual boxing with xi-utils and found really nice the whole experience up to now(still far from my goal, 49 whm but yeah it's awesome)

I was thinking on a couple things, I had some ls input so it's just for "confirmation" if someone did and if you think it works:

I plan to surely have my mule be a 90whm to duo mnk+whm what I can but now I was thinking 2 things, first off I'd love to be able to PL my jobs with oubliette + abyssea, but whm is a slow killer, should I level a DD job? and which? This brings on the second question.Let's assume I should get a dd job, I was thinking on doing war/sam since i have on my main nin, that could get me to 100% red proc to do most things.I was suggested that I can nin/dnc + war/sam red proc most things and go away with it without a whm if I play correctly.And then I don't really need anything more than nin+whm to do things like bria/glavoid/etc which are my targets since I plan to solo anything I can outside ls events(mainly I'd love to build more empy and PL all my jobs to 90 and +2 any I can, all if I got time).

do you think is reasonable? I was thinking I could easily war+nin duo most of the things I need to red, and could always ask some help/shout for those I can't or I can deal with only nin red procs...Is this reasonable?Should I do it in your opinion?Does it work? Enlighten me.

I'd like to know all about shields. Can someone point me to stuff like block rates and damage reduced from certain sizes? I ask because with low level shields, there are a few buckler size that match the defense rating of some kite shields and I'm wondering if the buckler still blocks less damage despite it being the same defense rating. The block rate I've read is capped at 65% no matter what but low level I shouldn't be capped which makes me think I should be using the buckler over the kite.

Of course, with how fast we level nowadays this is all pretty much irrelevant but I'd still like to know.

With that said, with the exception of Ochain, there is a hard cap at 65% block rate on all other shields (Also, Ochain seems to match the 60% base damage reduction of Aegis). Using a smaller size shield will help you get to that with less skill needed, but generally you will trade less damage blocked. If you are skilling, you certainly want to use a buckler (size 1) shield to maximize your blocks and chance at skilling.

If you're going to Abyssea to do it, you may want to get to ~250ish skill beforehand though. Skillups were terrible until I got it to a respectable level, took 2h to cap after that.

I have an immortal's sash that I got from someone killing Zikko randomly. They said it was possible for a total of +7 int.

How the fuck do I go about getting it augmented? I couldn't find it on Wiki. So yea. Any answers?

It's not rare or EX, so random-as-heck FoV augments can be put on it. Once augmented, it can't be unaugmented or reaugmented, so plan on farming a LOT of Zikko until you get the augment you want.

Where is the windower for the test server? I need to crank out some combat skill values. Also, can I adjust my character's level on the spot?

That could be the case, but it's unlikely. I needed 3 kills for my trial weapons:

First one: I go to the NM's pop spot > No crawler up > I think the NM might have been killed since no one was around, but I kill the PH anyways (Popped in ~5min) > NM pops within a few minutes
Second one: I stay there, wait an hr (No listing of windows on wiki, so I assumed 1hr) > kill crawler as it pops (Only one mob/PH there) > NM pops
Third one: Another day I return to the NM spot > No crawler up > NM pops after 5min (Note that I did not have to kill ANY PH)

As I said, that could have been the case, but it is unlikely. The main clicker here is that they're popping within ~5min of me arriving at the camp on both occasions.

Good, Ebon helps raise all other lights, and takes silvery above its cap of 200, which is great for Cruor PTs

Haven't seen an NQ boss drop 100's since update, possibly building Archboss sets or (Horn or Shield) trials.

So, i dc ed earlier and have been unable to log back in. I keep getting different pol errors. 3001, 1160, 0011, cant connect to lobby and the your already logged in one. I got in once (been trying for 1.5 hours) but once i zoned, it got stuck at the black downloading data screen. I noticed some people bitching about this same issue on the official forums so, Its not just me. Do we know why this is happening and is there a fix? Is anyone here having the same issue?

Currently doing trials towards Caladbolg, and ran into an odd one:

Slippery Sucker. According to wiki, its PHs are the worms in the immediate area (H-8 ), which in itself is a bit odd. There are 2 worms here. The NM has popped once so far, and both worms were up when it did.

Can someone confirm or deny this, that the worms are PHs for a leech nm? Are there other things I should know about this nm that might be of help? I really don't trust wiki much...

Edit: It just popped again, both worms in the area were up aswell. Am confused.
