I think the official FFXI website sells them too, which I need to confirm because I am also thinking of starting a new mule from scratch since my original plans to take over my friend's account seemed to have fallen through.

only thing i saw is that they sell the reg codes for the full expansion packs, for $9.99 each

So did SE stop reporting the # of FFXI subscribers in their annual financial reports? 2009 was the last one I could find.

Regarding the Amazon download thing for alt character, do you just buy that for the codes themselves, and just use windower like normal to log on that character and your main after setting up an SE ID Account and all that jazz? Or do you have to actually download files and set up a second directory on your pc for that character?

Just use windower like normal, all you need is the new codes to register another pol account, not to make a 2nd install of ffxi.

As long as you have XI on your computer, you shouldn't need to take any steps after obtaining the codes. At least I think that answers what you're asking.3

Augmented light earring, can it get AGI+2 and Crit Rate +1?

Also, are there no augmented items in gold chests in Abyssea - Uleguerand? Didn't see anything listed on wiki with the augmented tag and BG wiki isn't really complete either for that.

Augmented items in Heroes zones match the weapons available for dominion points.

Hey hi. So I've been dicking around in campaign because when I returned from a long break I noticed that I was sitting at Wings of Honor & I would rather be at cap. During this time I also noticed that cap exp/AN fits a fixed pattern. I posted what I found on the BGwiki Campaign discussion page, but I'll copy/pasta here as well;

Since the last update, it seems the cap for Experience Points & Allied Notes has been set into a fixed pattern. Also, Allied Notes gained at the cap is always half of the Experience Points total. From my short sample;

Wings of Honor: 8280/4140
Starlight Medal: 8460/4230
Moonlight Medal: 8640/4320
Dawnlight Medal: 8820/4410

From that sample, I just got Dawnlight last night & I returned to the game a couple weeks ago and was at WoH, the rest of the list should look like;

Bronze Ribbon of Service: 5380/2690
Brass Ribbon of Service: 5560/2780
Allied Ribbon of Bravery: 5740/2870
Allied Ribbon of Glory: 5920/2960
Bronze Star: 6100/3050
Sterling Star: 6280/3140
Mythril Star: 6460/3230
Golden Star: 6640/3320
Copper Emblem of Service: 6820/3410
Iron Emblem of Service: 7000/3500
Emblem of the Steel Knight: 7380/3690

mine would actually support it, I cap at about 6k no matter what, and my mules at 5k. I also think they lowered point until rank up, but I don't hav a lot of experience with what they used to be. eg, I ranked up to Mythril Star after only getting 3k xp
