I wound up doing Bastok and Sandy fame by spamming the Soot/Bat Wing quests. I got large quantities of those items by powerleveling a mule in Z.Mines on GoV pages while I tried for a Proeusse Ring.

You can spam "only the best" quest in selbina. It raises both sandy/bastok fame, so you can cap jeuno pretty quick.

Yes, easily. I do it on THF and fight w/MNK one gear at a time so you super tank them.

Anyone? Theres also a post in the casket treath that saids jpwiki theres a claim that pouches come from GoV but neither voidwach nor gov have a pic to prove they come from there.

So I was looking on BG wiki and noticed that the elemental staves don't list magic accuracy as a hidden stat. Am I misinterpreting the "potency" stat? Was this omitted for a reason? Or was it just an oversight?

Most likely just an oversight. I thought that the M. Accuracy stat was proven a while ago, but probably after people stopped posting.

I think I capped out Jeuno fame with rank 9 fame in Bastok, Rank 5 or 6 in Sandy, and Rank 3 or 4 in Windy.

I did all of the low-level quests in Bastok to get up to rank 4-ish fame, then Only the Best for Sandy fame and to cap out Bastok fame. I did Something Fishy to get up Windy fame.

Mobs I can FC in Ulegerand?

The only ones that I am positive that do not give Ruby light are snolls.

Already been said a few times but the Selbina quest is great. Buy millioncorn for cheap in Whitegate, send to your mules in Selbina, and trade. Not sure how many stacks hits rank 10 in Sandy/Bastok, but I usually did about 20-30 stacks. Keep in mind that you can cap Sandy/Bastok to 10 here, it should only get you rank 3-4 fame in Jeuno. You'll have either spam the Jueno lantern quest, or raise Windy fame as well. For Windy I always grabbed a friend and bought Coronettes in Bastok, and traded in Windy. Again not sure of the exact amount, but I want to say Somewhere around 120. Maybe more, maybe less, YMMV.

Answered my own question. For future reference, Gamayun now spawns up in Pots/Monitors rather than down at 01. I can only assume that the other T2 VNMs spawn in their previous idle locations now as well.

I have a few offhand katana questions:
When is kamome NOT worth using? It met its peak in usefulness back at the 85 cap (other katanas with similar delay, higher damage, etc. have been released), i.e. would an evasion sekka +3 be worth using over kamome when your evasion is uncapped so you'll be casting less often? Is oirandori worth using when you have multiple people in your party that are crit-reliant (I believe the proc was shown to be essentially +7-15% critical rate for its duration)? Is ban even worth considering? Its damage and delay seem exceptional, along with the 100% enfire proc rate, if not resisted, might be decent.
I haven't put too much thought into it yet, but I figured someone else may have.
