Thats a local news station here in Ct, with a streaming broadcast all night. They have at least 4 reporters down on the CT shore, maybe more, plus a few others around CT for anyone who might be interested in watching. not as cool as bad-ass pier cam though

Between 2 inches and a foot of rain could fall as Hurricane Irene strikes Connecticut and the U.S. Geological Survey has issued a landslide alert in the state due to the expected rainfall totals.
Gov. Dannel Malloy is warning that additional urban flooding is possible as heavy rain bands that result in more than 1-inch per hour move south to north ahead of the storm.
