Assuming money isn't a reason for or against, do I try to move my flight up to arriving in Syracuse on Sunday morning instead of Monday morning? I'm not sure at this point which one puts me in the most clear weather... I have ulterior motives for wanting to move it up, but I don't want to spend the cash to move it, and then it ends up getting canceled anyways :/

I'd say leaving it to monday. I'm supposed to be flying out saturday and come back monday morning for a wedding. Mostly I've heard the brunt of the storm is going to be coming saturday through sunday. So I don't think moving it will do you any good unless you leave friday night. I've actually been trying to call jetblue but because of the hurricane their phone line has been completely busy-_-

What I've been reading is that it'll still be a high cat 2 (close to 100mph) because it isn't really going to be on land a lot. Usually shit hugs the east coast and drops speed but this path is still mostly over water.
