Ok so got WHM 90 and some merits, but i would like Dynamis, got my Key items and all.

Of course i want some WHM AF2 but i mostly want wins atm, so if there is any LS that can take me just for the wins, to give me Xarc access I would appreciate.

If WHM drops and no one wants well but honestly mostly for the wins

you can easily get wins with pickup groups, you need to kill 1 NM for a pop then turn around and go pop the boss and kill it, can do it with like 2-3 people

Eh, usually if you explain thoroughly to people what they need to do in certain fights and make sure people know what to do its not so bad. I got a good majority of my af3+2 and other things with pickups. As long as you make sure people are going to have ample time to help farm then you should be ok. Just offer up some af3+2 items or other random items that you don't really want/need and people will basically throw themselves at you.
