He didn't create pixar, he didn't ask for the movie that turned them into a succesful company (Disney did), he wasn't involved personally with them (they were still independant)­. If you want to give him credit, shouldn't you praise every shareholder in the world for every succesful products? That's pretty much the same here

To add to this anyone who thinks Jobs is just "some shareholder" with Pixar is just being willfully ignorant for the sake of their argument. Holy shit spend 5 minutes on google or better yet watch the fucking documentary on Pixar's history before spouting bs because of what you think of "most shareholders" vs. this actual one. Lasseter and Jobs are like best buds who confer with each other constantly. You think Jobs became the #1 shareholder of Disney because he actually though fucking Disney was on the rise in it's current state?

He fucking did it so he could still be connected to Lasseter.
