Lil waynes best years were between 2006-2009 when he was putting out mix tape after mixtape of really good stuff. I'd even go as far to say that he could have been the best rapper during those years because eminem was taking a break and no one was really popping off outside of Lupe at the time. Wayne's commercial studio albums are p bad though, so I won't list any of those.

okay so after listening to carter IV at the gym today, it's grown on me a little. he actually goes hard on a lot of the tracks and its a great album to listen to if you need somethin to hype you up a bit.
