Regarding the FINAL FANTASY XI Test Server (08/26/2011)

I'd wager if someone did manage to log in with windower though the game might only take up 1/4 of their screen in the upper left corner with the rest of the screen being as black as their soul

There is an option to give all spells and rolls.

I am on BLU and these spells showed up:

Barrier Tusk
Mortal Ray
Water Bomb
Heavy Strike
Dark Orb
White Wind
Sudden Lunge
THunderbolt
Harden SHell

Thunderbolt and Harden shell are only accessible via the new JA and the JA is 5 min recast and wears upon usage of spell

Already finding bugs here and there, but pretty cool regardless. I was hoping some of the NPCs you can see with All Seeing Eye would be up and responsive.

Okay this bugged me for a bit.

Talk to the Moogle GM, grab a moogle slip from the items part. Trade it to the Moogle GM first, entrust all items, then give it to the Porter Moogle to pickup ANY armor set that the moogle slips can hold.

So I totally just had the thought of "oh hey, once people get on to the server, we should totally go kill Fafhogg or something!", then I remembered that they're pop nms now ....... yeah........ Fuck the JPs and their stupid time zone.

My Moogle2 only speaks in Japanese but the other moogles are fine... Wtf?

I couldnt even get "Play on Test Server" to appear thru windower. :/ Also.. really off topic, anyone know if its possible / how to make windower appear with the game in a window instead of full screen?


Edit Also found a bug when trying to receive items thru the GM Moogle. Each option isnt quite what it should be for me. Each thing is what the catergory below it is. So I have to click "Choose a catergory" (Why is that even an option in the first place) to get weapons, weapons for armor (and its only earrings :/), Armor for expendable items, expendable items for storage slips, and both storage slips and cancel exit the window.

Edit 2: And the storage slip I grabbed from the moogle for +2 empyrean armor stuff is empty. :/ Whatthefuckman. ----nevermind. I derped.

Everytime I get into pol, i see the normal POL layout and next to FINAL FANTASY XI is a red box. when i hover over it says shortcut, but at the bottom it says array error. I click on it and i get the POL-1400 error...anyone know of anything i mightve done wrong??

edit1: nvm apparently i click ffxi first then test server, I derped... solved.

*The Zilart Voidwatch operation will be handled by special NPCs in place of the standard Voidwatch Officers.

oh god lol receive all spells is really all spells even if you can't learn them (as in my BRD is still 24 but knows Scherzo) ofc i can fix that in 10s

SCH 2HR spell Embrava seems to be 4 tp/tic regain +38 HP/tic Regen and when I cast Reraise III i went from 60 second recast down to 40 so it's a pretty hefty amount on Haste

Finally got all of the stuff installed from the zips and it's kicking me out whenever I press play on test server x.x anyone find a solution for it?
