No power for 12-48hours. What DS game should I play?

On my acekard2i every game (except pokemon white) has had its saved game deleted. So no matter which I pick, it will be from the start. I will have little to no chance of looking up any help/guides on any of these games and will be playing it from scratch, not to mention I've never BEATEN any of these games cause I really don't play my DS.

This is the list of games on my card:

Pokemon white: 3hrs in
Super Mario 64ds
Pokemon Diamond
Final Fantasy IV
Pokemon Heartgold/soulsilver (I beat the old ones of course)
Zelda Phantom Hourglass (I was a ways into this too, wish the save was there)
Fire Emblem
Mario&Luigi Bowsers inside story
The World Ends with You (Started this but it crashed, not sure if stable)

Am I going to enjoy either without knowing anything about them and without access to "what do I do/buy" information? The farthest I got in twewy was when the day reset or something, i forget.

I think I'd say something like ...TWEWY > FF4 > FE > Bowser > some other junk maybe stylus kills me for zelda games

I don't really recall needing anything like that with either of the games, but I usually don't resort to that unless I really feel like I'm missing out; Golden Sun was one of those games. If you're having issues with freezing or games locking up, I've read that disabling soft-reset, cheats and failing that, toggling bypass piracy help.

Adding my vote for twewy. It seems ok at first, but just gets better and better as it goes along.

All the FE titles I've played have been stand-alone from what I remember. You can even pick up the Wii titles like Radiant Dawn and play through its own story without missing much from Path of Radiance for example. I'm sure Shadow Dragon is the same way.

Have you looked at the card contents itself to see if they're gone? What might have happened is the save format was changed somehow and it's looking for .sav files when your saves are all .nds.sav files or vice versa. Try switching it in the system options thinger and see if they reappear.

Yeah I can't find anything, not really sure why.

I started TWEWY and its working for now. Any tips on what pins to use/level to start the game out with? Got 30min of laptop left might as well ask while I can.

Disabling some features did make it more stable, but there is nowhere in the acekard menu that I can find different saves or anything to show up. Maybe something happened the last time I plugged it into a computer, I'll find out in a few hours maybe.

I'm on the newest AKAIO firmware, not the acekard firmware so they might differ, but for this it's start > system options > File System Settings > Save Ext.

Since you mentioned your laptop, if new games are an option I'd check out Ghost Trick if you want to burn away some hours with something enjoyable with worrying about guides and regular rpg fare. Lots of others, but that game's just fresh in my mind.

I always just blew air quietly into the mic. Works in every game that demands 'volume'.


Hope you're playing TWEWY with headphones also Boyl, DS speakers rape the audio quality in that particular game.
