I'm glad that they didn't write Alexis out of the show(at least so far.) One of the most amusing aspects of the show is the father/daughter relationship between her and Castle. Still hating Gates. I know she's not Montgomery, but she just does not fit in with the dynamic of the team.

my parents didnt want to watch this show for ages, I finally told them to watch the first few episodes then Id never ask them again, 2 weeks later they are asking me about when season 4 comes out

Agreed. I had never seen the show and picked up the first season on a whim when it came out because Fillion is the man. Now I show it to anyone who is willing to watch it and some that aren't. I haven't come across a single person who didn't enjoy it. It's without a doubt my favorite show that's on right now. Granted, I don't watch much tv and when I do it's usually confined to FX or hackey games.

I don't think this is a great show but what it is great at is being consistent and reliably good which some great series don't even manage.

When Castle was standing in the piece with all the TVs, I was really expecting a quip from Kate about how hard it would be for him to stay on television for more than a season.
