It's pretty strange that they are adding them to the test server at all. It's not like anyone will kill PW or ADL on there. I guess they just want to give us a chance to complain about how insane the trial is for a few days before they implement it exactly the same way on the real server.

It's possible they'll let us actually test the level 99 weapons prior to release, which would be fantastic if they allowed anyone to get them on the test server... would also potentially increase interest in the weapons, so good business move in that it gets more people grinding.

Yeah if they let us just snatch a weapon off the GM moogle it would make sense. If they do what they have always done though they might as well just post on the forums what they are planning.

Just tried my test again but with haste from Oynos Knife and got Reprisal down to 0:52 recast. 26% haste gear, spell, light arts and celerity.

Or they could not let the players get the Lv99 version of the weapons because if they did, the playerbase would be able to see how marginally better they are, but if they remain the items that only a select few can acquire, then only a select few can be disappointed.

Every job got another tier of some trait, but wondering which DRG got. I'd like to think Accuracy Bonus IV, but I'm better, since it's SE, that it's Crit Def Bonus II.

Dragoon probably got Crit Defense Bonus II at 95 or 92. If they got it at 92, then they got Tier III at 99. You guys are so lucky! I can't test it, though.

Or maybe Accuracy Bonus IV since RNG got that at like 86 and our last Acc Bonus was at 76, someone go test that.

Crit Def Bonus probably lowers the mulitplier by a fixed % per tier. Can probably test it on the Test Server in Ballista/Brenner using someone with /THF to force a crit on a 90DRG and a 99 DRG adjusting DEF/VIT to see if the damage goes down a substantial % then it's probably another tier.

I hypothesize tier1 is -5% critical hit damage and tier2 is 8% like crit attack bonus.

I tested for Acc Bonus IV on Dancer, which has the same tier structure as Dragoon, and they don't get another tier.

Also yeah, Crit DEF Bonus is probably the same as Crit Attack Bonus both in progression and amounts, but ultimately no one cares about -5% Critical Hit Damage Taken so I'm not going to make shit up about it when it isn't easily testable. Brenner or Ballista with a Ranger and Paladin would probably be the best way to test (ranged crits)

Test server updated. First thing I found is the moogle just hands over completed magian weapons including relics/mythics/emps. No 99 relic trials yet though -_-

All 95s. The trial has to be available for the moogle to give you the item. You find the trial for the item you want and check the "resulting item". Then it prompts you to to "Obtain this item".

Just tried Nyzul solo and got lamps on floor 1 lol.

derp, guess I need to install test server on my laptop now

Will dat mine sometime later today, and will probably use the current real server as the reference point.
