You kinda are. So taking credit for that is a little self-sabotaging since I identified that two years ago. Tacking it onto a six year old pDIF model ripped from VZX or KI or who knows where and then 'preferring not to make all of it public' just sounds like self-aggrandization beyond even my own, or maybe just incompetence and a need to lurk moar so you don't run into people who know what they're talking about like this.

I'm not telling anyone to use this, and if you choose not to take my numbers (weaponskill numbers, not the numbers in the calculations that I use) as credible then I honestly don't care. I'm not putting out information for my benefit.

Wasnt Heavy Strike never really nerfed since it was stronger on the test server then they changed it before it went live on the servers or very shortly there after?

If there was truly a problem with Fury and Smite, change that shit a year ago, not now.

Overwhelm doesn't work on Raiden Thrust either so I'm done trying to test the domaru's effect.

Could go /Thf, team up with a Thf main and Bully SA some low level mobs in the face.

Because they are nerfing to make that not the case (barance!), and if it's still too strong they will nerf it again next update...or increase the strength of the nerf when it goes live?

go to the google site in my sig, you'll find all original data in excel sheet in the download section. Those sheet includes also a few analyzis atempts, but i always found discrepancies so far preventing me to step on a particular formula format like raellia did (Hi to 2ndary randomizer and 5/6 10/6 inflection points ....). Motenten tried too, but he had to use much more complicated coefs formulas when trying to match those discrepancies.
If you really want to make a try np but keep in mind despite all the effort i've put in each sample sizes, i can't guarantee numbers you will find are absolute Max/Min...

It's possible I missed it... but I haven't seen anyone bring up that they probably changed the two empyrean WS to bring balance to the Lv99 Relic/Mythic/Empyrean weapons. We still have no idea what unlisted enhancements the Lv99 weapons will get, but chances are the balance was more in regards to a WAR using Bravura and/or Conqueror. (Or a MNK using Spharai or Glanz.)

I wouldn't argue with you there. I just feel like some people are taking the nerf as a job balance instead of a weapon balance. (For obvious reasons the nerf does affect job balance, I'm not disputing that.)
The other point to consider is that they're working on the Lv99 Ultimate Weapons now so they can be released to the test server. For all we know the Lv99 Empyreans add some kind of crit boost or something similar with a significant effect on U.Fury or V.Smite.

I think the complaints are perfectly justified. I just feel like it's hard to avoid talking about Lv99 weapon balancing and the unknown Lv99 weapon effects.

Because the timing and way that they're addressing a perceived issue sets a bad precedent. They have had ample opportunity with the level 99 cap and slew of new WS to "correct" discrepancies in job strength without taking anything away. They have plenty of content to add that could be tweaked to not favor Ukkos/Smite (doesn't take crits, max damage cap like limit break, etc). Instead, they're choosing to nerf, which should be an absolute last resort. It speaks volumes about the respect (or lack theorof) that this iteration of the dev team has for time players have put in, and how readily they'll go back on the "promise" of the results of that work.

Basically, it's bad, lazy design, and Tanaka and crew are demonstrating they don't give a shit by going that route.

Bully wont work for /thf, but other thief mains can share the effect.

A while back ppl were kicking the idea around that DA (like gorgets) might be possible for each hit of WS that have less than 1ftp, did anyone ever vet that out?

Quick check, since the fTP on Realmrazer is less than 1.0, does it have fTP carried over to the additional hits? BGWiki doesn't specify, and I don't remember if it was tested.

Yeah it's the same fTP for all hits. Would barely be a difference after they changed it otherwise.

Perhaps the buff to Assimilation from Mirage Shalwar+2 enhances Unbridled Learning somehow with Assimilation meritted?
