I was using the boots but that was the first shot so no bonus.
Has anyone tried to break the level cap for subcrafts on the test server? I'm wondering if it is as easy as turning in the level 58 level cap item.
I personally think thats just placeholder and they're keeping the proper test secret
I know exactly what you guys are referring to for the 100>110 cap break, but I am curious about subcrafts (unless it's the same and you need the 100k item to even break 60 cap). I believe we can take the 60 subcrafts to 70. Wondering if it is simple as turning in the normal level 60 break item or there is more to it.
I dont see why not, anyone can uncap any 60 cap skill at any time, even with something at 100. It just doesnt make sense to...
Good point I should probably craft a bunch of items for each 60 cap and make some loot.
Unless it has annoying mats, or sells at a loss, most people will just have it synthed. I cant imagine anyone being that lazy.
Mistake
I'll probably just make them all this weekend and throw them into storage since the mats will probably be cleared out pretty quickly when the update comes. But I firmly believe there's a large number of players willing to toss 50k at each upgrade item just to buy them all at once off the AH. 400k (excluding fishing) to avoid the running around for mats and inventory disaster doesn't sound too bad.
Alchemy: Hi-Potion - sage/water always NPCable, vine easy to get
Bone: Astralagos - used for smn AF, so should be a constant steady supply made regardless
Cloth: Red Cape - Clothcraft item supply never really evaporates
Cook: Yagudo Drink - unless Kolshushu is under beastmen control, all NPCable, and the drinks are constantly on the market anyways
Gold: Mythril Gorget - I could see this one being worth making in advance. 3 Mythril Ingots (sheet/Chain), 1 Gold Ingot, and god knows how many Jadeites are being left in VW chests
Leather: Raptor Jerkin - I dont see 2 raptor skins being a pain to farm
Smithing: Darksteel Falchion - Might be worth making early on depending on how your servers Darksteel market/supply fares, it needs 3.
Wood: Kaman - readily available items for the most part
It's that time again

A 40% chance to auto 11 with capped snake eye is very disappointing. The 3 minute timer is nice though. Dropping that down to 1 merit and capping fold after the update for sure.
Edit: Just realized fold was changed too. Capped loaded deck? lol
I can't imagine how else it would work but I'll run outside and test it since all this stuff is just directly from the merit description.
edit: Yep.
With Healing Breath IV and Wyrm Armet+2 there's no point in going 5/5 Deep Breathing or anything voer 1/5 deep breathing for that matter. My HBIV already heals for almost 900 and Deep Breathings do close to 1600-1700. Would be overkill to have 50% more potency. 4/5 empathy here I come.
