[dev1134] Spell Icon Modifications

This answers the modifications to the spell/abil common table back in may - the unknown 2,3 values have been changed, and probably match up to the new icons for spells - Cures Curagas Raises all get different numbers, then a series of the same number in a row for -na spells.

[EDIT] Fishing locks FPS to 15, and seems even the generic spell icons got a higher resolution icon.

Still waiting on the buff bar issue to get fixed though so this problem is gone.

Only the attributes category was given a boost.

I can probably check the guard thing later tonight, gut LS shit to do atm. My MNK's guard is .....150 something, should be easy to check in [A]Misareaux.

How the fuck do you set the Test server resolutions? Using the config doesn't work. It defaulted to the lowest res possible and looks attrocious.

Looked at items, these are the ones that tripped my changed alert. No descriptions yet, but it looks like a new BST jug. (Weapon (00017906)) It also appears that they neglected to put in some of the existing items, like the new bathing suits and mandraguard.

They also seemed to have added a large amount of new blank weapons.
