When you bust with an 11 up the roll disappears completely. So beyond the 3 minutes if you want to reliably keep 3 rolls up you will have stop rolling once you pass 5.

In line with the change to the SMN one, valor breeches +2 don't increase duration. :/

As SE stated, shield skill and MAB affect DMG. I checked, and so do affinity and weather bonus. Not surprisingly, it's light elemental dmg.
If anyone mathy wants to try to figure out the skill formula...

Some of those spectators actually died before the 2H wore. lol. It was pretty fun. But it's still not really useful. With such a short duration on a 2hour timer, it'd really only make a difference on hundredfisting mobs. Damage looks like [2 + Floor (Skill/2)]. Looks cool, but like you said, not very useful. A lot of these new 2HRs are underwhelming =/

Probably know we're going to find out THF's 2hour is basically a Trick Attack with a slightly stronger mod, then explode on the forums raging like the force of a thousand Whiffed Weaponskills.

BLU 2hr is just as shit as expected. Doesn't cut MP cost, doesn't cut recast time, doesn't cut casting time, doesn't augment or enhance spells in any way... just lets you cast more than one Unbridled Learning spell for 60 seconds.

Will tarsal ignore steady wing? wanted to use it to keep wyvern hp full till it uses Tarsal.
Ok, I looked through an if you find the HP, tests without gear, test with Armet, test with only DB and no gear, and a test with Armet + DB should suffice.
Edit: No clue how Tarsal works with Steady Wing, but I imagine that it's the same as using SS. I wouldn't use Steady Wing when finding the HP tbh. If you're going to be up, I can roll onto the test server after this lame Dyn run.
