AMIII is already 60% OAT at level 90, so 30/50/20 would only be a ~20% increase. If it procs after DA (which we don't know), then it would be less of an improvement than that on jobs like WAR and DNC, on the order of 15%. My biggest fear is that they're going to fuck up how it procs on WS.

We don't know what the distribution will be and we don't know if it'll proc on WS, so we really can't say anything about it until someone completes the trivially easy trials for it.

Unless they fix the drop system thats a ton of mobs to kill 100x to get a drop. Atleast with Kings you put in your work/kills etc and the item. There was a lot more congratulations when something like ebody or ridill dropped. With VW its more like "awe fuck another mule got Radiant mail"

If you get 5 per char/per fight on average it's really not that bad if they're being pooled to one person. If they drop in lower quantities for easier tiers and higher for harder then it's again, not that bad. Julian just posted they weren't r/e or anything, so I guess we'll have to wait and see ;/

Well I said 50k as an extreme example. Considering a brew is only 200k, I could see singles going for 10k Cruor with the pouches being 60-90 singles coming as a "decent" drop from harder vwnms. This would allow people who do vwnms the chance with complete faster than someone just grinding out the Cruor. Also since the plates are showing as r/ex, you can buy/sell extra, or brig a mule or two into a Cruor pt and complete faster.

I didn't notice if anyone posted anywhere else. Magians trials for staves from 90 to 95 are 40 elemental geodes. The magic damage ones go from magic damage+5 to magic damage+6, casting time reduction stays at 12%. I'll check the rest later.

Yeah, no magic accuracy. Kind of makes sense that it would disappear as you got near the end of the damage path as you go all-out with damage.

Likewise, magic accuracy has m.acc+6, recast-12%, no magic potency.

Has anyone thought that maybe the plates come from Cruor. I mean, Voidwatch uses Cruor as well as abyssea, and since Voidwatch (and Cruor) will have future uses, I wouldn't be surprised if SE made them aquirable this way. Even at 50k Cruor each, that is a hefty grind to get all 75mil for the 1500 plates, but it still is pretty reasonable since you can form a pt with friends and take turns afking throughout the days. everyone would be gaining their own upgrade items at the same time so you wouldn't be competing for drops.

i have to be honest....this sounds like the real deal for something needing 1500 items, and its an abyssea weapon....just like those daybreak soul thingys.......but still 1500 is alot of cruor even at 100~1000 cruor per, given that VW uses that much cruor for atmacite upgrades...

they could also possibly allow purchase through resistance credit(lol) or dominion notes(prolly everyone's dream) alongside with cruor....but pouch idea from VW chest is prolly the best bet to make most people interested in and addicted to VW....i gotta hog the alliance space with my 3 IDs if this is the case XD

It's hard enough to get people to do anything on test server. I and a DNC were duo'ing WoE3 at random last night, timed out before we got to the boss.

Really blows that the flux are not unlocked from the get go for testing purposes. They really expecting players to grind 1-3 to unlock 4-7, then 8-11?



If someone wants to organize a run on here sometime I'm up for it.

There's not much to see in Abyssea though. I know it's pretty easy to forget, but NMs and mob groups in Abyssea are gradually unlocked through killings mobs and NMs in the zone, so what you can do is actually really limited. Not that it matters much, since we aren't supposed to be testing there.

Maybe with Cruor you buy "Pouches" and you use the pouches to generate a random amount of Heavy Plates between 5-20 each or something.
