Well I found out what the problem was -_-
Uploaded armor, and do note that because of bad data, I'm running this vs the last official update, so hopefully should catch everything since then. Trying to fix my problem before I run the rest.
So the problem was, I'm using polutil's massextractor to extract all the xmls for me since I'm lazy and hate doing it through polutils. And it's currently using two different paths to reach the FFXI folder it grabs info from, at least for me. I have two installfolder registries, one under PlayOnline and the other under PlayOnlineUS. Massextractor says it's using the one under PlayOnline, so I set that one to point to the test server since it doesn't mess with my windower or anything, but stepping through the code it's actually picking up the PlayOnlineUS one, lol.
Oh well, I wanted a chance to fix up some polutils code, guess this will be a good start!

Very, very resistant against Stun. All my Thunderstorm BPs were resisted by 1/2 except the first I MBed.
Calcifying Claw : ST physical damage + Knockback + Petrification
Divesting Stampede : AoE physical damage + Knockback + DEF down + MDB down
Soulshattering Roar : AoE Terror + strange aura (seems to randomly become immune against blunt, slashing or piercing damage)
Bonebreaking Barrage : ST physical damage (6 hits) + Gravity + HP max down (-50%)
Beastruction (under 25%) : AoE that reduces targets to 1 HP + huge Knockback + Gravity + Encumbrance for 1 to 2:30 min (20' range)
It doesn't seem hard but Beastruction must be Stun.

Well. At a glance, the effects of Ryunohige don't seem to have changed. Despite the implications of the new description, the auto-crit effect doesn't extend to spirit/soul jump. Just Jump/high jump like always. Jump dmg seems the same as well. No changes in TP gain.
So, I guess SE just randomly decided to reword the description for the jump augment. <,<

Sorry for my delayed response, but since this attribute should affect multiple jumps, we have changed the help text to read "Augments jump attacks [number]," which should be reflected in-game once the next version update hits Vana'dielian shores.
Also not every wepaon type has a campaign WS really. For example the DRG general does Volant Angon as his WS but it's not really a WS more like a JA since there's no WS animation when he does it, he just readies it. It does like 3-5k damage in campaign and the Angon he throws is >HUGE<. If SE implements it as the new polearm WS, instead of it being an Angon, they could make it so the DRG throws their main lance at the mob. Always wanted to hurl my Herja Fork through a mob.
They're also fixing Cleric's Cap +2 text and adusting the text for Flash/Blind. When you get Flashed now it'll say Flash wears off instead of you are no longer blinded.

If you read some of the threads on the localization forum you'd know that they're standardizing a shit load of gear to remove ambiguity between certain pieces as well as fixing inconsistancies and typos for Thaumas Gloves/Goetia Hands(they're removing the manawall douse because there isn't one and it was always a typo), removing poison from vapor spray(because it was a typo; never intended to give poison).

Oh god, I was wondering when they were going to introduce the most annoying status effect in FF history. It's kinda like charm, except I guess you'll still have control and instead randomly attack yourself/others. Or maybe it's worse than charm, like... BLM gets confused. BLM starts casting Thundaja on party.
Yeah and be nice to get more solid testing on some of those ws lol.
