Update anyone see new things they added?
They added merits to Geo and Run, as well as expanding montrosity.
Tested Mending Halation, Radial Arcana, Full Circle effect, and Curative Recantation.
As 99 Tarutaru Geo Mending Halation restores 427 HP at 1 merit and 712 at 5/5 merits. At lvl 80 Geo it restores 336 HP at 1 merit and 560 HP at 5/5 merits.
For 99 Geo Radial Arcana restores 114 MP at 1 merit and 285 at 5/5 merits. At lvl 80 it restores 89 MP at 1 merit and 224 mp at 5/5 merits.
I tried adjusting all stats as well as HP and MP merits and skill merits and the numbers did not change. It's either based on level or Luopan stats and we won't be able to tell until there's some gear adjusting the luopan's stats.
Full Circle effect at 5/5 increases the mp returned to .75 x (spell cost after conserve mp) x (Luopan HP percentage). Curative Recantation follows a similar formula to Full circle its approx. 1.2 x (spell cost after conserve mp) x (Luopan HP Percentage) at 1 merit and at 5 merits its approx. 4 x (spell cost after conserve mp) x (Luopan HP Percentage).

These numbers aren't making sense to me :/ I know previously the math had been (dINT*m)+V=D. In the chart do the numbers under D stand for the D in the old equation or dINT? I'm trying to figure out the calculations and they're not adding up for me. For instance Stone V at 50 dINT would it be 50*5=250 so the V is actually 700? Also the M for the tier 1 spells for 100+ are listed as 0, should those be 1? Or is there an equation I'm completely missing? :/
Yes it's the same as old equations. And the number isn't coming out right because you are using the over 50 dint M value when you are only at 50dINT. And no they are 0 as far as I know. There has been dint caps on most of spells and magical ws a long long time now. Actually think more of the nukes had reachable caps before this update.
If the m is 0 for those, though, wouldn't that make them (dINT*0)+V=D or effectively 0+V=D negating the dINT? And I see what you meant by 50 and over 50, but then that doesn't seem to work for 100 and over 100. Like Stone 5 again. 50*6=300. 950-300=650, that works out, but 100*5=500, 1200-500=600.
Also my own math isn't adding up. Right now I'm out in Batallia killing tigers, which I know from before the update had ~23 int. I've got 103 Int naked, so that puts my dINT in the ~80 range, well in the 50+ column. My blizz4 is doing 1315 damage. 1315/1.5 (I have full Ice potency merits) =~876. 876-560=316, 316/3.6=87.7~, which would make the Tiger's Int ~13 which I know is incorrect. Where am I going wrong?
You're thinking about it all wrong. The M values are for those dint values. The M value between 150-200 int has no effect on the M value between 0-50. If it did what you were thinking dmg would actually go down a bunch when you went from 50 to 51 dint
As far as exact values I think some were changed and some were just wrong. Better test would be lvl 0 mobs anyways. However you still did that math wrong. It would be 1315/1.5= 877 (always take into flooring). 877-730 (the D at 51-100 dint) = 147/3.6= 41. So 91 dint making the target be 12 int
My numbers are still coming up wacky. Fire4 on the same mob does 1295. 1295/1.4=925, 925-710=215, 215/3.7=58, 17 over 41. And Stone 4 gave me 1185. 1185/1.4=847, 847-650=197, 197/4=49~50, 8 over the 41 of Bliz4. I am thoroughly confused by all this new math ><

JP friend in LS mentioned something about D126 weapon and 200+ skill
Dev note said something about adjusting stats on items with lvl... and I believe they previously mentioned putting the +skill on ilvl weapons
atinian staff will become macc 180, mab +25(70+25 i assume) n magic dmg +195
oatixur will become d126 +228 skill
i guess delve was too hard n too many casuals complaining... there goes our little challenge XD

also whrilpoool mask will have 43 MP, yay oneiros ring
im not surprised if lower lvl items also will have those stats since matsui mention adding skills to those level-stated items
and REM will stay as lvl 118 onry and be situational usage (according to matsui as well)
