Looking at some of the +2 it seems a few pieces lost stats. Parrying skill has disappeared on a lot of pieces for jobs that didn't need it anyway, Sorcerer's Tonban's day bonus has been replaced with MAB+5 etc.
Guess we'll know more when it's translated properly.
Hope translations come sometime before the final implementation :D I'd really like to read over them.
