Can you try both Ws Scythe and GS a few times whit 200-300 tp please?

I did a bunch of 200-300tp GS on terrigan lizards on DRK and they all did between 2400 and 3200. That was with the same 80 something STR set I derped up for the Scythe and no other buffs besides hasso.

Changed to MNK already. I did one 300TP Resolution and it did 2200. Scythe damage doesn't scale with TP.

Could be possible that the description is wrong (Damage varies with TP) and it is actually MP drain varies with TP

Doesn't SE realize by now that most decent SMNs switch from BP delay gear to damage gear after hitting the JA? It's like adding Slow to a WS piece.

Where's the voidwatch GM npc? Only GM npcs I've seen are the two moogle inside MH.

Don't know where all of them can be found, but I can be sure they are in the 3 main cities. The one I visited was in Bastok Markets standing between the two standard voidwatch NPCs.

It's not that bad if its 5% BP damage bonus for +5 delay. As Lyramion said, there are a lot of -BP delay options in gear in the .DAT's that would put you past the cap, so wearing these pieces would allow you to stay at the cap while wearing that earring.

H2H WS damage w/o TA/DA is doing around the same damage as Asuran so it might be new best WS for Spharai. Small upgrade but still upgrade I think.

Alkimi posted this on our LS forums earlier when I asked him about it. Not concrete but gives a rough idea.

Tried the Scythe one:

DRK99/DNC49 using 133 dmg weapon.

704 Attack, 93 STR, 102 INT, no buffs and naked besides scythe

@100% TP did about 1.1k average
@300% TP did around 2k

Against mobs in Terrigan.

Ya.. but also I guess you don´t have to wear the earring on BP activation only on the Avatar attack, so basically backdraw fail for ppl who can make macros.

Uhm... not looking particularly good. Anybody more competent than me has more reliable opinions?
I think my lv85 Vere Vsmites (w/o Impetus) were a bit under that possibly (700 average?), but I had less buffs than your setup... I've had a couple of very very very low returns but those were due to missed hits.
I don't wanna be too hasty, but it sounds like this WS doesn't have a lot of potential indeed =/
Shame, animation is really awesome.

Oh well! Guess I should be happy, that means I can get another WS to 5/5 PA maybe, or Dagger, I'll see.

I was also missing a lot of DEX gear. 40 that I can think of off the top of my head.
