    I do not like the look of that movie one bit.

    In this movie it looks like he is showed a picture of his daughter at her current age...and that pretty much completely ruins an absolutely huge plot point in the original...

    or that could just be some actress teh villian hired so Brolin ends up fucking the other chick who says "or I could help you" (and is in like 4 more scenes in the trailer including the sex scene) who is actually his daughter.

    Dude...its obvious the girl the villain has isn't his daughter and the girl he runs into/bangs is his actual daughter. They aren't the same person. It is added to help confuse the audience. Come on...

    lol thats a bad representation of the movie considering the trailer. The look and feel of the trailer definitely gave me the same vibes as the original. I loved the original but I'm more than willing to see Spike Lee's take on it. It doesn't seem to be a straight up copy/paste job so I'm all in.

    It doesn't look like they butchered the plot, but something about it feels off. Seems a bit too clean and controlled, certainly looks American but that isn't necessarily bad. At the very least it doesn't look terrible so I'll check it out and compare.
