The thing I loved most about the Wii is that I could emulate the shit out of it on my PC and it was so much better than the actual Wii ever was. The Last Story and Xenoblade were great games, but they came out way too late to change my mind about the Wii. Skyward Sword was good but I enjoyed it as much as any other Zelda game. In fact, all the reoccurring franchises are like that. If you liked them 10 years ago, you probably still like them now, but they haven't really changed much. Nintendo a company that has lost a lot of my faith over the past 5 years and while I'll always love Zelda, Metroid, SSB and Kirby, they just aren't worth the price of admission to play a shiny, slightly updated version that hasn't really changed. All the other games in the WiiU line up we've already played or can play without buying a WiiU. I fail to see why a WiiU is worth it for Bayonetta 2 and a bunch of games you've already played (including Mario, Zelda etc).
Those are going to be awful to play action games with. The pad IC posted looks better, but naturally Nintendo can't do anything like Sony or MS so the layout is different (couldn't they just do it like the 360?)
