Meanwhile, as we reported earlier in the week, Persona 4: Arena’s launch outsold several other fighting games on the PlayStation 3 in Japan. The PS3 version of the game sold 128,485 copies in its opening week, while the Xbox 360 version sold 9,801 copies.

Media Create say that’s over a 90% sell-through on both platforms.

Finished my custom art for my TE stick. Cannot wait for it to get here with the plexi so I can get all the pieces put together. Sanwa clear buttons and balltop and some custom wood sides. Went with PS3 for the game because I haven't bothered modding a multi-console PCB in my stick, and I have more fighters on PS3.

This has very little applicable use given the situation required, but fucking awesome still. Need awakening (<35% HP), 150 meter and enemy can't have burst. Good shit if you can pull it off though.

Yeah, I tried so many different placements but really found nothing I liked more. I DO have clear buttons, so the art will be on the buttons as well.

I haven't done this before, no, as I just got the stick last week. I scoured everywhere I could for the base art. I added all of the button/stick rings and created my own version of the logo to more closely compliment the colors.

Ugh, cannot wait until Tuesday. Should get my copy from Amazon (Prime) and tear into it then. I really have no idea who I want to learn first. It is sort of a toss up right now between Yu, Chie and Akihiko...

I didn't really like Yu's gameplay compared to Chie and Akihiko, I'm loving playing as both of those characters. It's probably the fact that their combos are just so fast and look damn flashy. I also played with Elizabeth a decent amount (It was mostly because of Thanatos) and she was pretty damn fun too.

I might just wait for the inevitable $40 Super version, since I was going to wait a couple months before picking this up to start with.

Any word on online functionality though? Curious if it retains the team mode from BBCSE, which I thought was a fun addition to that dying series.
