Yes, clearly it's stupid that RDM can use staves to improve their enfeebling landing rate or cure potency at level 51. No staff skill? No melee. No problem.

SVT or super ventricular techicardia is NOT fun to deal with. My heart rate @ rest is 90-98 bpm. If i get stressed out like i am now... it can be 113 bpm. That is running 2 miles. Any higher i can get physically sick. So i play ffxi with the least amount of stress i can do.

Should I point out that 113 bpm is still a very low heart rate and in no way shape or form like running two miles. In actuality anyone male or female around the age of mis 20's should be able to handle a 180 bpm heartrate before blacking out. Just saying.
