Not so much the banning as it was somewhat deserved kind of, but more the amazing conduct by a moderator of the forum. Drama post, the PM in the post, etc.

Kinda hilarious considering the guy just got booted off of BG all of a week ago, too.

I hated FFXIAH forums before it was cool /hipster.

But seriously, even without Krizz, those forums are just a cesspool of retard and meme that makes the Official Forums look like a bastion of academia and educated discourse by comparison.

Fair enough. I had never even heard of Krizz before the whole "Site revamp" deal. Every thread I browsed through just seemed to turn into the kind of meme-train you'd see on /b/.

The only spirits I use are Light Spirit for buffing pre-battle if I'm in the outside party (I go into the NPC menu for the Planar Rift, for example, which makes it so perp doesn't count down but Light Spirit timer still goes until it casts on you), and otherwise they're there for Siphon. Rarely I might toss out an elemental one to help proc magic weaknesses... if they ever actually cast something beside low-level enfeebles...

What's funny is that with my set up I have flat perp for spirits before refresh/ballad/rolls/atma. I will occasionally summon spirits when waiting for things just because I know somewhere in the world Mala is crying because I can keep them out forever. And that makes me smile.

Unless I'm retarded, the AH drama appears to have been nuked. Tinfoil says that they didn't like being a spectacle, especially since it wouldn't the first time Krizz erased a bunch of stuff that made him look bad.

So essentially, Krizz banned Flion earlier because Flion should be banned and then posted a drama topic where he posted private information stating that he wasn't going to allow Flion to somehow get at him and in which was locked from the start allowing no one to comment on it.

Then that topic was deleted which wouldn't be the first time Krizz deleted something that made him look bad because lets be honest, starting a drama topic because you banned one guy is somewhat pathetic and the exact reason we now have a message from the admins thread in the first place - people conducting themselves like children at FFXIAH.

Actually I think Jaerik nuked it, says so at the end. Maybe a little less face-save on Krizz's part but... eh. He doesn't have much face to save.

Eh, I've seen Krizz come across as a douchenozzle when telling people to knock it off. He put's a little to much emphasis on the wrong syllables, if if you know what I mean. I have yet to see anyone run afoul of him who hadn't acted like an ass previously.

I have seen some "content removed by moderator"'s from him that raised an eyebrow because they weren't troll posts. If I had to bet money though people are in a hissy fit because while a lot gets through, he tends to ban more when people start attacking him directly. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve it, some of his posts make me facepalm. I'm saying that calling a moderator bad names isn't the brightest of ideas.
