So fanfics. Some of them are really good, better than they have any right to be for what they are. I found the fanfic "Beat the heat" on a wikiwalk of tv tropes.

I swear of the main plot concept shows up in the show* it's going to be uncomfortable as hell to watch, like the whole cupcakes thing after reading THAT fic.

*Main concept is that all the elements of Harmony holders are connected by the magic of the elements. So if something happens to Twilight, the holder of magic it would affect the other Mane 6 and slowly anyone else who'd been exposed to the power. In this case, she got really, REALLY horny. But I can see it being used in a less sexy way.

Have you read "The Pony Psychology Series" by Saddlesoapopera? Same concept as "Beat the Heat," but he ups it to the eleven with a new perspective on the downsides of being a vessel for the elements of harmony. There's a bit of light shipping going on, but it fits into the story without ever derailing it.
