I think the joke is that she's fucking nuts and worse than Discord, who seems to have known that Celestia turns ponies into statues and wouldn't stoop so low himself. XD

Though I too don't understand why the 'unearthed' pony was distressed, I assume Celestia froze her for a reason lol.

I'm still working on my own fanfic, but my laptop got destroyed in a hurricane. I've been reading my ass off so I'll link some more fanfics. But instead of single stories, I'm going to do focus on my favorite authors ranging from popular writers to the criminally underrated ones. I should have my first author focus in the next few days. The end? Probably. New beginnings? Maybe?

Transformers G1 ended at 65 episodes, got a movie and then continued until G3. Hasbro isn't stupid, we'll most likely get a movie and who knows what's next? Going on a hunch here, but there has to be a reason the CMC and other school ponies got so much screen time in season 2. New elements of harmony maybe?

TF2 jokes aside you're probably right. This might be just so they can reach bare minimum to hit syndication then decide on what to do after S3.

Hmm, I don't think it will be the end, the pony train is still running strong on brony power and I can't imagine the sales of toys have gone down any. However, they did churn out so many episodes last season, I'm thinking their motivation for 13 might mean that they wanna give the people working on the show a vacation for a while or something... not to mention it can't be easy coming up with good material for all these shows (as evidenced by a few pretty crap-ass episodes last season).

Damn, I spaced out on the syndication thing. That's most likely the #1 reason for the half season. There might even be some new changes in canon within those 13 episodes to set up for the next season. "Scootasode" comes to mind...

Only real reason I could think of this being the end of the series is if the toys weren't selling well. I'm not sure how well the toys sell, but nearly everyone I know of that watches the show agrees the toys look like crap so /shrug.

I just hope they're not as retarded as Cartoon Network was with Megas XLR.

Megas XLR... why'd you have to go there?
Whether the toys are selling or not. (don't forget little girls watch the show too lol) the ratings are through the roof and syndication is only going to force Hasbro to beg the crew make more episodes. But if (and I mean if) mlp is cancelled, they're going to at least to finish strong with a movie. It'll be a love letter to the fandom and it will most likely be epic beyond words. And I'll probably wait for a DVD release because I'm still a closet brony lol

I have two sons, and they watch MLP too. But my oldest thinks Rainbow Dash is best pony and my youngest swears by Applejack. I wouldn't dare take them to a MLP movie.
