Traceroutes seem to indicate routing issues from some of the routers of the Asia Netcom ISP. Assuming "squareco.asianetcom.net" is owned by SE, then Asia Netcom ISP appears to be their ISP as well. Hopefully, that ISP realizes there are issues and gets to fixing it for you guys with connection problems.
