Claims of Warp Hacking circa 2008

I was running through La'Thiene Plateau many years ago, back in 2008. My connection through Comcast was not doing so well, as in I was losing the connection and regaining it. I was later ported to GM Jail, and was notified that I would be banned for three days for warp hacking through La'Thiene Plateau. At this point, they're not looking for you to defend yourself, so much of what I said in my defense was likely ignored.

Here's the thing: I was pulled into GM Jail a few days ago and informed that my account was on it's last legs because of the warp hacking claim from 2008. That claim had been the only time I was contacted by a GM beyond when I called them up until this point. I was trolling Jeuno fairly hard and someone took offense and reported me. Now, this GM said that no action was taken against my account, but that any further incidents where I am at fault, would lead to determining whether or not my account should be "terminated".

What evidence can I gather that I was in fact not warp hacking in La'Thiene Plateau? What can I say in my defense that will get this black mark of third party tool usage off of my account? They say they have proof that I was in fact using one, but I just can't imagine how that is so considering I have never used Clipper or any related program. I seriously need help with this, because I've vested lots of time and love into my character, and I will not have all of that lost on account of some self-righteous brat construing something I may say as offensive to them on some far off future date.

#1 there's nothing you can say or do about an incident in 2008 guilty or not
#2 control your own behavior now so that you don't have further offenses.

^This. A lot of problems that people encounter are brought upon themselves. Stop being a jerk and/or asshole. Yes, we know it's fun, but you get banned for fun things. Especially with a previous flag whether it is accurate or not. The point is that it's there and you have to dealwitit.jpg. Sounds more like you did do it and just trying to use the 3 year gap of the incident to try and get it handled in your favor incase they dont have evidence on the matter. SE hasn't implemented a way that would let them tell the difference between warp hacking and bad lag, so you can't get out of the effective 2008 Comcast-related "conviction." Sounds like they'll ban you the next time a GM is called on you, so play nice.

I've never manipulated Final Fantasy XI Online using third-party tools. Why even get pissy about it if I did? Surely that would have taught me a lesson and given me a glimpse of things to come if I purportedly continued using such third party programs. It would be retarded to complain about being punished for something I did do. Of course, you have no reason to believe me as you do not know me, so that part of this thread is moot, but whatever. It does make me mad that I have in fact never used third party programs in conjunction with FFXI Online to in one way or another manipulate or change the game to my favor, but hey. I guess shit like this happens all the time.

Se doesnt care and people here dont care, theres no way to undo the past. same as real life. its always been rather difficult to get jailed. i open flee'd and did all sorts of shit, my account was never flagged and i was never jailed. but then again i was smart about everything i did. wise up and stay out of the spot light is your only choice.

I got sent to jail a few years back while leveling BLU in Buburimu, you should have called a GM in jail as I got a similar message to you and I did call them, turns out that since I was playing on a shitty wireless card I got a weird latency or something like that and it showed that I was POS hacking. They sent me to my HP after talking to them for literally 20 seconds and cleared all marks on my record.. Should have been smarter back then is all I can say.
