BG Fashion: Where do you buy your clothes - and why?

I work in a clothing store, so I buy my clothes there.

As for why; Because no matter how much I would like to run around naked, I don't believe that's a socially acceptable behavior.

I had to buy a bunch of new clothes since losing weight and a lot of my older stuff was not fitting well. I use slickdeals a lot so I ended up buying a lot of clothing when coupon codes made their frontpage. Formal/work wear from Perry Ellis, Banana Republic and Macy's. Jeans from Levi's. Casual from Banana Republic. Someone posted one of their pima cotton shirts and I ended up buying like 10 of these since they're really comfortable. I also bought some fitted Mossimo cotton shirts from Target, and the quality is definitely poorer than the ones from BR.

Regarding Abercrombie, someone gave me a gift card for Abercrombie as a gift. I struggled to find anything that their website offered that didn't have their logo plastered all over it since I didn't care to be a walking billboard and I ended up just buying some swim trunks. They charged me $10 shipping which I thought was pretty nuts since a lot of clothing retailers will usually do free shipping if you go over a certain amount. I figured shipping would be fast since they were charging so much, but it took over 2 weeks for the package to arrive and the shipping was obviously a lot less than what they charged. The gift card covered the entire purchase, but I still couldn't believe the blatant attempt to make a profit off of shipping charges.

I ravage Macy's sales like a son of a bitch. Just bought 2 dresses, shoes, and a jacket for $120 last weekend (had a wedding to go to). I am sort of all around the board with my shopping, though. I buy all of my jeans at Buckle (all dat ass in them jaynes) cause it's the only store I can find that has a 27" waist and sufficient ass-space. I shop at PacSun/Billabong/AE/A&F(CLEARANCE) for shirts, Victoria's for underoos (not bras though, only Nordstrom has my size which I am not disclosing to you faggots). Cache has treated me pretty good for some dressy stuff too. And for bags and stuff I LOVE Fossil.

but really I kind of want a shoe thread, I've been looking all over for something new outside of all-stars. As for clothes I've been shopping at pac-sun pretty exclusively lately for shirts and certain jeans. Used to do express and urbanoutfitters awhile back but the styles seemed to grow into some weird, contrived neue age fashion-jerk shit.

I probably should point out since it's always a huge, huge problem for me and there's also likely guys my size around...I always have a hell of a time finding long-sleeve button-ups for work that fit me properly, I'm 6' 150lbs, relatively wide at the shoulders but very thin at the waist. Most shirts either fit at the neck/shoulders and are way too wide at the waist and mushroom out when tucked in, or fit at the waist but strangle me up top/have sleeves that are too short.

I was able to find nice ones that don't require tailoring at both Express and Gap, with the Gap ones actually part of a specific slim-fit line. The colors on the Gap ones are kinda shitty, and the fabric on the Express ones is some space-age shit that wrinkles easily and is somehow resistant as hell to ironing, but they both fit great and look nice for the rest of the non-fatties like me.

I shop at thrift stores for everything but trousers because trousers are a bitch to fit properly.

I get all kinds of name brand stuff. Also, it's all pre-shrunk because it's used so I never have to worry about things shrinking due to my poor laundry skills.
