This is not that fucking great actually, total strangers would just come up to me and practically grope me, it was pretty fucking annoying. Also not trying to cause a debate, but I never get why some people always religion bash. For christians it's not like their beliefs harm anyone, living their lives the way they do can't exactly be considered malicious and unlike atheists their lives have a substantial reason to continue living. :/ But I guess people tend to look at the radicals in a group more so than the people being casual.

You talk to some stupid-ass religious people then. O.o None of the stuff in that rant is what actually is present in the bible, aside from God always existing. Mainstream religion has taken some serious "creative" liberties with some of that shit. The Bible is perfectly sound with most scientific theories anyways. For instance: It doesn't say that the earth was created only 6000 years ago. It doesn't deny the existence of dinosaurs. It doesn't say there's no chance of life elsewhere in the universe.

I can expound on that if you want but as you stated, not the right place for it, either make a thread or pm me if you're curious. Yeah I'm a Christian but by no means am I retarded as to deny basic scientific facts like the people you've been talking to have, especially when it doesn't specify any of that in the Bible. o.o
