What's the point? The browser is still downloading the NSFW content either way, and gonna get red flagged by any content filter worth a shit. Hiding it behind a NSFW tag isn't going to prevent it from being downloaded by the browser and "It was behind NSFW tags" isn't going to be a valid defense when facing an angry boss. At best it's going to lull people into a false sense of security. Make a separate thread if you're truly worried about SFW stuff.

NSFW - not safe for work > anything that might be considered inappropriate to view at owns school/place of work etc. (porn/erotica, cruel stuff, weird stuff, gore w/e).
Spoiler is just a spoiler, something you might not want to see/read to not spoil the fun of watching/playing/reading w/e
