Sounds to me like this was their long term money making plan. Add in arranged music only on PS3 and Vita, which sucks compared to original. Then release PS4 with both versions of the music so people rebuy it >_<

Will probly pick this up at some point when it becomes $20. Don't wanna pay full price but I do want to retire ps3 and I want the original soundtrack back. God I hated the remixed boss theme compared to the original.

I was able to transfer my ps3 save to my ps4, saved me 19 hours of gsmeplay. Game looks and sounds great on ps4, really happy I chose the ps4 version so I can play with a controller from my couch on a 70" TV. I've noticed subtitles/text are a bit hard to read though.

This is really making me want to get a Vita so I can play at work too. I've got ff8 and ff9 on my ps3 too but idk if Vita can play those versions. If ff12 is the next release though, I'm sold.

Vita can play FFTactics, anthology(lol),ChronicleS(lol) VII,VIII,IX and Chrono Cross

Can also playu the PSP version of III,IV,Tactics

Easy. The BGM for the area starts over from the beginning rather than continuing from where it left off after a battle. Nothing major but it is different from the other versions of the game.

I've got ff8 and ff9 on my ps3 too but idk if Vita can play those versions. If ff12 is the next release though, I'm sold.

PS1 classics off PSN? Yes, it can play them.

Digital re-release of a HD remaster of a PS2 game for $60 is pretty ridiculous and certainly worth bitching about, at least a lot more than that tiny audio bug that I'm sure can be patched without many issues.
I'd say you have your priorities straight in that regard.

the music loop glitch. after battle, the area background music doesn't resume from where it left off before battle started, but starts from the beginning again.

i can see how this is annoying because areas with high encounters mean u will keep repeating the start of the track.. its only really noticeable because this wasnt the case before

Like I said game is 49.99 in store and will come to 59$ with taxes
while PSN is 59,99 without taxes, but all other PSN games are the same price as instore games before taxes (which makes me save money)

But the excuse Sony support give me

QC tax is 5% of the total then Canada tax is 9.975% on the subtotal

So my bad it'S 57$ and not 59$ after tax but still

Same thing happens on Chrono Trigger for Android. I hate it.

theres apparently also a RNG glitch. encounters are not random. like.. you save your game, then first battle you encounter. whatever enemy it is, and whatever move it will use will be THE SAME even if you reload your game.

very critical flaw if you ask me. i expect them to patch both of them cos they're unintended changes. PS3/Vita didnt have either problems
