Ya forgot about PDA/others like it. Still Why does AT&T only do this?

I wonder if sending Pandora audio over the dock connector is really "tethering", as Pandora doesnt stream the audio as it plays, rather it starts buffering the data to your device as your device converts the data to audio

If this is the case, it isnt streaming cellular data over the dock connector, the data stays on the device, you can test this by pausing any song in pandora, leave it paused for a mimute, and then switch to airplane mode and resume the song
