This isn't some issue that just came about. It has been a part of the contract negotiations for weeks. According to a source familiar with the talks, Pacquiao's representatives asked what penalties Pacquiao would face if he tested dirty and also if a dirty test result could be kept secret so that the integrity of the fight wouldn't be ruined in the public eye.
Those are disturbing requests. It could just be due diligence on the part of the attorneys negotiating the contract or it could be that Pacquiao has something to hide. The only way to clear up the matter is to agree to the testing. Mayweather has agreed to undergo the same procedures, putting more pressure on Pacquiao.

manny gives an ounce of blood before he starts his training, then puts it back in at the end before the drug test

All these "sources" contradict themselves and are all hearsay. If they or their trainers aren't holding press conferences or are on camera saying these things, then it can be written off as bullshit.

Sources familiar with the negotiations, anonymous sources, sauce this, sauce that. If the source doesn't want to be named publicly then they are full of shit until proven otherwise.

I don't know jack about boxing, but after reading a few of those links (assuming the information is correct) Pacqiuao has agreed to randomized Olympic style drug testing and wants it done by the Olympic testing committee; however, Mayweather (who insists upon Olympic style testing) isn't comfortable with the Olympic testing committee doing it? wat?
