Both Top Rank and Mayweather/GBP realize something that may or may not have been mentioned already in this thread

This megafight is only good for the fans, not the boxers. They can make as much money or nearly as much fighting other guys and still keep their respective "auras", however if they were to fight, one of the two fighters would look durastically less appealing to the public than they did before

this is a business unfortunately for us, the fans

Testing I could understand, by why training? Is the thought he could more easily do steroid induced training in the Phillipines and he could there?

guessing he realizes its a third world country (at best), and probably thinks the same of their drug testing

Even if by an act of divine intervention there was a Pac vs Mayweather within the next 18 weeks, the fight would be subpar at best. This fight should've happened the first time it was at the table, not years later with older fighters with cherrypicked bouts since then.

And Mayweather is ducking, period. You think this is the first time he scooped himself out of a matching? And Pac has some shitty, albeit legit, excuses on the drug testing. Both camps are being pretty fucking lame, but Mayweather in particular for pushing stupid.
