I feel like the writers want the show to end when he meets the Mother finally, but why can't we see the courting process and eventual proposal/wedding? HIMYM is really frustrating with its storylines and decisions.

Well.. guess that rules Victoria out of all discussion.
(Unless Ted repeats being a douche to her..)
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... interesting ending..

Victoria's so hot
semi-related
<redacted>
Ive sat through some sad movies without a bit of emotion, while everyone else is crying. but everytime Victoria leaves i feel like im gonna cry like a little girl. Shes to awesome
Glad Victoria isnt becoming a fixture again and the whole Robin being an issue when Ted/Barney date someone is slightly evident, especially in barney's case but i really don't see the issue for Ted atm.
Has Robin been in a relationship other than Barney or Ted? Apart from random guys she has dated, the only one I can think of was Don (rabbit or duck) and that caused big problems for both of them. Honestly, it kinda foreshadowed this problem since Robin at the time left the group (for only one episode I think..) when they were dating.
In a world where good things happen, Victoria would been the mother
There's no way the friendship breaks up. I think it's just further foreshadowing that Robin and Barney are going to get back together, with the things Robin was shown to feel for Barney when she tried to tell him the feelings she had. I can definitely see it meaning that, because although Victory didn't mean it that way, as stated above with Don, no other guy will be interested in dating Robin knowing she had long term relationships with two of her best friends. And the fact that Future Ted calls them Aunt Robin and Uncle Barney and still speaks of them as close friends makes me think that too.
Episode was pretty funny, loved the quick mood changes of hilarious to drama to hilarious. Can't wait for a year of Duck Tie
On a different note.
Holy fuck Lily is PALE as FUCK.
Shes a redhead, what do you expect?
Pretty good episode, had me laughing often. I was hoping Robin was actually going to punch that girl in the face though.
