I mean, I remember them saying they were going to, I just don't see it in the notes. It might be coming in one of the future mini patches? Again, unless I'm blind, which I very well may be, because I can't bring myself to reading that entire wall-o-text.

The issue where drop rates for the following items were lower than intended:

Tiger King Hide / Sisyphus Fragment / Jaculus Wing / Goblin Gunpowder
